Update on our services January 2021

Everything that we do will be with the health and safety of you, your community, and our colleagues in mind. Our current ways of working have not been affected by the new lockdown. We are still operating in the same way, so you don’t need to worry.

Our approach, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic has always followed the latest Government guidelines. Our decision to re-start routine repairs is supported by guidance from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

We want you to feel safe. If you have a repair currently booked in and you don’t feel comfortable with us coming into your home, please contact us. We can talk you through how we’ll be working in the safest way possible, or we can agree to cancel the repair until you feel happy for us to complete the work. Let us know so we can work together with you to come up with a solution.

If you, or someone in your household, are currently shielding, we will not carry out any non-essential work. We will only be working on essential repairs in these circumstances, following strict safety guidance. Additionally, if you are feeling unwell then please contact us as soon as possible so we can do the right thing, supporting you in the right way.
