We want to do everything we can to keep you, and your loved ones, as safe as possible in your property.
It’s important that we do all that we can to minimise the risk of spreading the Coronavirus. Following the latest Government advice, from Tuesday 24th March, we will only be carrying out emergency and urgent repairs.
Your wellbeing, and that of your community, is crucial at this time. This step is necessary to help us reduce the risk of spreading the virus, and help protect you and other residents.
You can still report a repair by phone, email or live chat. If your repair is not classed as an emergency or urgent repair, we will be unable to progress this but it will be efficiently logged and saved into our system.
We’ve put together a list of emergency and urgent repairs to help you understand what category your repair will fall into:
Emergency repairs – 24 hours
An uncontainable water leak / burst
Total loss of power supply
A blocked toilet (if there is only one in the home)
A gas leak
Urgent repairs – 3 days
Partial loss of power supply
Leaks that can be contained
Leaks from the roof
Loss of heating or hot water (October to May – 1 day repair / May to October – 3 day repair)
If you need a repair and are unsure of what category it is in, please message us on our live chat, email us or call us, and one of our friendly service centre operatives will be able to help.
It’s also important we put things in place so we can come in to your home in a safe way. If you do have an emergency or urgent repair and are feeling unwell, with a cough, high fever or difficulty breathing, please do let us know.
