Easy way to report a repair

You can request a repair in the following ways:

Online

The easiest way is through the report button on the website. Using our online repair tool sends an email straight to the Service Centre where it will be dealt with promptly.

Telephone

Call 0300 123 5522 at anytime. Our Service Centre is open from 8am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these times our ‘out of hours’ team will deal with emergencies.

Minicom

Customers who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech difficulties and have access to a Minicom can contact the Service Centre on 0161 605 7705. Please note that normal voice calls can’t be accepted via this number.
